Questions about pricing

Can I try Poly before subscribing?

Yes — Poly is free to start. You get a limited number of voice exchanges to experience the full product.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime via the Telegram bot (Settings → Subscription → Cancel) or through the Stripe customer portal.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly?

The yearly plan gives you the same full access at a ١٦% lower effective monthly rate. Both include all 17 languages and unlimited voice messages.

Is there a refund policy?

If Poly does not meet your expectations in the first 7 days, contact hello@bot-polyglott.net and we will issue a refund.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Pricing is displayed in your local currency.
